Ms. Draper is a member of the Firm's Commercial Litigation Department.  Her practice consists of a variety of commercial litigation matters including various business, employment, trade secret and real estate disputes in state and federal courts and alternative dispute resolution forums.  Ms. Draper also drafts and negotiates contracts in various procurement, employment, real estate and other business matters.  Ms. Draper assists a variety of clients, including individuals, real estate partnerships, medical practices, procurement firms, marketing companies and technology-centered businesses.  Although Ms. Draper practices primarily in the State of Maryland, she also practices in state and federal courts throughout the country by virtue of case-specific pro hac vice admission to other courts as needed.

Ms. Draper graduated from James Madison University in 1997 with a bachelor's degree in English and obtained her juris doctor degree, magna cum laude, from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 2003.  While a student, she was named staff member of the year for her contributions to the Journal of Contemporary Health Law and Policy.  Ms Draper is a member of the Maryland bar.
