Mr. Moore is a shareholder with Shulman Rogers' real estate and litigation departments. His practice for the past eighteen years has focused primarily on real estate law with an emphasis on broker law, community associations, construction law and commercial and residential landlord-tenant law. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Moore has assisted his clients with the drafting and review of sales contracts and commercial and residential leases to advance their economic interests and ensure compliance with state and local laws and regulations.
Mr. Moore's experience includes representing some of the area's largest commercial and residential developers, property owners and property management companies. He also has represented a large residential real estate broker in the mid-Atlantic region for over seven years. He has successfully litigated cases at the state, federal and administrative levels including cases before the Maryland Real Estate Commission, Virginia Board of Contractors and Montgomery County Department of Housing and Community Affairs.
