Max Masinter is an associate in the Firm's Corporate Department. His practice primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions, business planning and securities regulations. Additionally, Mr. Masinter has represented clients before the Internal Revenue Service, the Maryland Comptroller, the Department of Labor, the Prince George's County Board of License Commissioners and the Securities and Exchange Commission. Mr. Masinter also has considerable experience representing employees in employment disputes, including discrimination, sexual harassment, wage payment and Sarbanes-Oxley whistleblower claims.
